    I have a good chances to explore more knowledge in Sime Darby Plantation
    The good thingsI love to stay in this company. Strong root and good benefit as well. I also chance to explore more detail about this company culture and my voice is valued to the management.
    The challengesEvery work is challenger as well, but I indipendence to solve any challenge with my way, and we will communicate each other if the problem cannot be solve.
