I'm more like the monkey in Journey to the West
The good thingsThere is so much exposure you want it, you get it. I like the open culture here, it's a small company doing big things. I like the way as it is because the Boss is working with you on the site not in the aircon office playing Candy crush, if you're performing he will be the first one celebrate with your success. I like the freedom of speech the company allowing me to express my feelings. Like process wise, structure or even procedure. We are case by case basis, Results oriented. If you think you are the one who likes New things everyday, surprise every second. Challenging life, and get paid for what you have done. You probably like to try SDMK. Regardless which department you from, if you feel challenging in any sort of situations feel free to voice up for improvement.
The challengesToo much exposure, Too much challenges. I don't know which one to do first, LOL. Deadline is around the corner. The environment keep me awake and alert at all time. Travel a lot. Deal with so many customers at a time.

Good for gaining experience but not good for long term career.
The good thingsGood thing is working hour start 8.30am.
The challengesthe challenges always come from top. Especially when the upper hand set nonsense rules for production floor. Some of them are good for nothing, talk more but less act. They only act when thing or something give them bad effect. Most of the time just know to bla bla bla only.
