A good place for fresh graduate
The good thingsColleagues are super duper awesome. Helping each other. Even you are diff division either CMS, monitoring, SG you will never feel ignore and alone. Senior always be kind to lead the new one. You will learn a lot at Control Centre. Learn how to deal with various levels and department to complete the task. Improve your communication skill since the most task are quite dealing with clients from local to non local like Japanese, Korean, European and etc. It will increase your confidence level to speak English. Gain knowledge about how alarm system and CCTV work. Don't worry about software and system involve. It is easy to apply. The most important is salary is always on time. Basic for degree is quite low however the more you are hardworking and do OT at night shift the more you get.
The challengesWhen manpower is shortage you need to work for long hours. Sometimes also need to backup other division too. Super tired. So most your time will spend with your colleagues rather than your own family. Others, when various issues/cases occur at the same time at many clients site you will feel stress to settle down it. But here is important to train and develop your skills like decision making, problem solving, teamwork, leadership and multitasking. Every decision you decide must fast response and need to follow the SOP to ensure our clients' premises and properties are well secured with the highest quality of security.

Recommended for fresh entry or fresh graduated
The good thingsFor those (unmarried / no family person) who wanted to get high salary (Including OT, allowances etc.) you are most welcome to apply. Its a shift based work and no weekends off. Working following the rosters and high chances to backup the shortage manpower problems. (probability to work more than 12 hours) However your OT will be pay. :)
The challengesNot enough man power, You will be the important witnesses and will work with authority uniforms (police, bomba, jpam etc.)
