    Management with double standards
The good thingsLots of challenges and heavy workload, in other words you get to learn a lot, but the salary increment depends on the management’s mood and not according to the contract offer letter as provided.
The challengesMore managers than engineers, double standard management, slow payment to subcontractors, very shameful. You may meet some “flower vases” in the company whom have high salary but working old not in par.

    Project Engineer= Project Team
The good thingsPay is consider alright in Sarawak. Compassionate leave given when family member was ill. Management team in Extra High Voltage Department is professional and possesses technical know how to industry. Since many things were required to be done by the project engineer, many things will be learnt in the process.
The challengesProject Managers to embrace their responsibilities instead of pushing responsibilities around. Company to hire more people when the alarm of lack of manpower was sounded. Acknowledgement and due credits given to those who work exceptionally hard, not usurped by others who does not work at all. Payslips were not given during the first year of working, but has improved. Management to not limit the printing capacity used for project teams. Work nature requires one to have overtime till late nights especially when projects deals with shutdown works.
