Worst job experience ever. only if you are area mnager then it is good to work here. if you are store manager and below just leave immediately.The good thingsNo good thing. The worst management ever. Only know to give complaint but never offer to help. New store open with not enough manpower and no experience but expect thing to be perfect. management always give last minute instruction but expect early outcome.
The challengesSo many thing to be updated to so many group from early in the morning until late at night. Price always change and need to be alert all the time. so many workload and no understanding from upper management, only know to curse all the time.
