The challengesTraditional and old style management practice. Practice lip service, high favoritism & inner circle. GM and above are classified as management staffs who enjoy good pay package and only need to use mouth to work. Positions lower then GM are all workers with below average pay package, doing all the works, work long hours and endure all stress, no work life balance. Difficult to attract and retain staffs. Very high staff turnover, always recruiting staffs under the excuse of expansion. Limited resources provided and cause the difficulty to achieve effectiveness and efficiency.
