Positive aspects of working at Selangor Human Resource Development Centre include the training opportunities provided to enhance staff knowledge and career advancement, as well as the very skillful and helpful staff. However, some potential challenges mentioned were the need for better accommodation for high-performing employees and dealing with rejection from customers.
