    The good thingsGain many experience, learn how to multi task at one time while learn how to organize and handling the work at the same time finish the job on time is a must.
    The challengesReceiving inventory shortage, receive broken part,then investigate trace every transaction of the missing inventory part, Return faulty part to the principles in time which got 2 major brand need to do return every week. Last, ensure all good inventory spare part, exchange with faulty part by the technician for every issuing parts to them

    Too much to be stressed for?
    The good thingsWorking days is within weekdays and never push me to work on weekends. At ease to approve emergency leave.
    The challengesWork loads is still controllable but it can be considered if it also comes with considerate expectation. Company can improve the way they treat employee with no bad thought on employee. With good treatment, worker will feel being appreciated even the amount of work is much more than usual.

    The good thingsThe good thing is i can learn a new thing inside customer service industry. This is my first time working as customer service. its help me to communicate with more confidence handle a customer problem.
    The challengesdifficulties that i had was to handle a angry customer. to calm down the situation i used proficiency to settle it down. its very challenging to serve a good service with bad situation that we had to force it. but to me its was my task and jobs to handle it. with all manners.

Bosses always listen and negotiable. This company willing to give chances to everyone who capable on the jobs. Great support from the HQ team. Everything was systematic and computerized which makes your job done in fingertip. Overall,great company.
    The challengesHigher level will always hard push and force you to follow the mission impossible. Bosses will always keep an eyes on you and shows less confidence to you. Majority chances given to the one who good in talking but seldom give to who work hard. Anyway, work smart!
