The challengesRidiculous sales target, very hard to achieve...need to do work other than given work scope...need to do all job from servicing, cleaning store, handle repair, handle delivery, do sales, even be a cashier...company just want to saves money. very poor management...greedy management. Every month new things or target to be achieved, if not achieve target cannot get all the commission we do when selling that month. need to do telco line for 5 unit every month, need to sell certain product for targeted unit..if not dont hope for commision
