    There are no rest, you have to carry your laptop around the weekend even that period is not your working hours. OT is a norm there.
    The good thingsNil. There are not much benefits to talk about, even the medical claim max at RM300 per annual.

    Good for new experiences but def not a company I would recommend for personal career growth.. TOO STRESSFUL
    The good thingsGood place for a starter/ fresh graduates to understand retail business operations and and gain experiences.
    The challengesNO WORK-LIFE BALANCE AT ALL!! Company refuse to hire more employees, hence stressing out employees to work overtime and on weekends without paying NOTHING! No equal opportunities for employees. You’ll remain at the same position for years with no careeer growth. Salary also too low.

    The good thingsIt's a great place for fresh graduates to learn, as there will be a lot of opportunities to handle a lot of different tasks that is out of the set job scope. Colleagues are helpful and try to make the workplace as enjoyable as possible, instilling a sense of camaraderie.
    The challengesThe yearly change in business direction can make it hard to adapt. Last-minute decisions results into multiple adhoc work. Micro-managing culture. High turnover, resulting into previous workforce taking up more and more tasks. The workplace is also heavily skewed towards a certain culture, making it hard for colleagues from other backgrounds to adapt into the company.

    Too Many Workload / Stresss Level
    The good thingsEvery month have one training which indicates the company growth. Colleagues are friendly and supportive whenever you need a helping hand. Collaboration with other departments on tasks which enhances your knowledge and skills outside of your job scopes. A great place for fresh graduates to learn and gain experiences.
    The challengesZero work life balance as there's no rest days for staff and you will get texts/calls about work on weekends and after working hours. High turnover rate which results in you handling more workload which not indicates in the KPI scope. Salary/ Increment / bonuses/ career advancement are little to none existence. Some of other department work task will throw to other department to settle the issue. Too many programme which not indicate to your work or KPI. They use school penalty system to indicate all the wrong doing made by staff. No staff benefits you will get as the motto is saving cost is more important. Not recommended to work here someone is seek of work life balance.

    The good things- A great place for fresh graduates to learn and gain experiences -Colleagues are friendly and supportive whenever you need a helping hand -Collaboration with other departments on tasks which enhances your knowledge and skills outside of your job scopes
    The challenges- Zero work life balance as there's no rest days for retail industry so you'll get texts/calls about work on weekends and after working hours - High turnover rate which results in you handling more workload with little pay -Salary/ Increment / bonuses/ career advancement are little to none existence -Will get bored after you've been working here for years as you're dealing with the same thing everyday

    The good thingsThe company has a good mobile application that is accessible by employees anywhere to work (work in office or work from home) for all departments and online trainings.
    The challengesManagement & HR refuse to hire more staff in just to save cost even though they claimed that the company is work life balance for the employees. Seriously understaff & high turnover for admin department with neverending operational issues and complaints from employees due to rapid outlet expansions, poor leadership and cost saving issues.

    The good thingsSupervisor is very details and good to work with. Driver and General worker is very friendly. Most of the general worker are physically strong.
    The challengesNeed to work until late night. Everyday is OT as container keep coming and coming. OT is limited only to 15 hours. Where is the payment for uploading the container? Missing Say goodbye to executive and above position. No room for growth or develop your career. Only one distribution center in Sarawak. High Employee turnover rate.
