    USELESS MANAGEMENT, WORKING ENVIRONMENT IS GOOD, SOME CUSTOMERS ARE FRIENDLY. BUT THOSE HQ STAFF DON'T CO-OP WITH OFFLINE STAFF THAT FACING CUSTOMER.
