    The good thingsThe company is full of very cool technical people who knows what they do. You can learn a lot from this kind of company. But remember that at the same time, they will expect the same kind of performance from you. They have a lot of things going on as they are trying to emulate a big company as much as possible. They systematically have online tools which helps to track projects.
    The challengesThe management can be a little rough and pushy as they are still a small company. The managers can often ask for updates and push for changes even when plans are made. This can make or break a company depending on the direction and dedication the management has. Unfortunately, this kind of management style will not be for the soft hearted. Also, parking is a Big issue here.
