Great Workplace for Fresh Graduates (Sales) & those who prefer stable-paced jobs
The good thingsGood employee benefits (13.5-month)
The challenges- Slow career advancement, and the indicators for promotion are vague to non-existent - Stable-paced and strict adherence to compliance, so will need to get multiple approvals/different departments' review before getting things done - Low in task ownership/ accountability amongst the employees (tend to wash hands off tasks) - Still in the phase of transition to better acceptance towards new ideas - Poor employee engagement (no team building for all the employees) - No system in place to ensure employee's feedback/ grievance being heard of (most of the time going to direct manager, but there is no cross-level feedback)

Lowest salary paid in the industry, no career progression
The good thingsCycle meetings were great pre-pandemic (no more physical meetings since pandemic)
The challengesSalary paid is the lowest in the industry, micromanagement from bosses, need to juggle different tasks given by different departments, no career progression and learning becomes stagnant after a year

Definitely a good company if u want to enhance in pharmaceutical industry
The good thingsMelaka Manager very good. Always empower instead of criticize. Product training very intensive but helpful during working on field talking with Drs. Nice and helpful colleague. Manager work with reps at least once per week. Meal allowance daily, car interest, road tax and insurance and monthly maintenance are taken care of. Cycle meeting is stressful as u are required to outperform, role play, presentation and etc
The challengesVery intensive and high stress level.

The good thingsVery good if you are just starting your career and need a good place to start your career journey.
The challengesVery little empowerment is given to individuals to do their job. Micromanagement is a problem. Not much room for upward mobility.
