- Stable-paced and strict adherence to compliance, so will need to get multiple approvals/different departments' review before getting things done
- Low in task ownership/ accountability amongst the employees (tend to wash hands off tasks)
- Still in the phase of transition to better acceptance towards new ideas
- Poor employee engagement (no team building for all the employees)
- No system in place to ensure employee's feedback/ grievance being heard of (most of the time going to direct manager, but there is no cross-level feedback)
