    The good thingsEnvironment so good & nice people at there. But, the benefit is quite goods. Suitable for fresh graduate to gain knowledge & experiences in manufacturing. This company suitable for build our base for starter up our career in any job position they offered.
    The challengesFor new beginner in manufacturing such as fresh graduate, you must learn from A to Z for that job. Moreover, you must know to handle your stress and time management to handle the job. Upper level management still same skills and not improve their skills to handle the problems. The company are lacks of appreciation in workplace.
