    The good thingsManagement always provide what's the best for the employee and colleagues well communicate with each other to ensure deliverable of each task shall be in accordance with standard practice.
    The challengesCompany should emphasize on meeting the deadline of each projects not other petty things which irrelevant to the company core business which dampening company's growth

    The good thingsEnvironment, job experiences about oil and gas, liase with other department such as procurement, finance, engineering, client and also vendor. I know how to do budget, to do report when needed. To submit document before deadline. Learn how to handle invoice, prepare and submit. Also join meeting with client when needed.
    The challengesFacing with client and some people who very hard to face. Must have strong mental and physical because we always need to stay up sometime we need to stay at the office until finish the work because we need to submit before due date.

    why and not SEEN
    The good thingsA very proud Bumiputera company, but soon public listed with foreign share holdings. Work environment and atmosphere in a relaxed and no deadline rushing.
    The challengesLimited resources, limited space that would make you choke and barely move for improvement and for good sake of the company though. could not expecting any least transparency of the top management commitment on welfare and benefits.
