The challengesThe permanent people in this company likely to look down at you just because you are contract, no career growth, bias on term salary, allowance, bonus, and increment, the contract employee will receive no allowance, no bonus and no increment, and just overtime for contract, only permanent will receive all this benefit, the employee also not professional in term of behavior, they likely to curse you anytime because of silly mistake

The good thingsThe culture in this organization is no one left behind, all the new staff will be learn from the senior and superior. I just 3 years something in this company but already held the Construction Manager for the small site.

The challengesThe management of company should frequently go down and friendly with all staff especially HR department staff.
