    The good thingsi enjoyed working with a lot of the people there (with a few exceptions), to be positive i learnt a lot of new things albeit far from my job scope.
    The challengesrated diversity middle range, because you are able to be taken advantage of no matter what position you are in didn't feel appreciated, working for one year and no recognition or reward

    The good thingsA good place to learn entrepreneur skill, business strategy and sales. Good incentive. Employer provide excellent basic health knowledge to employee with zero related skill.
    The challengesPenalty to staff on mistake make. Not a good place to start your PRP. Need to achieve personal sales target to get your incentive, this make staff like to serve potential customer only - create unhealthy working environment. Performance appraisal based on sales, margin and average transaction only.

    The good thingsthey provide excellent staff training, have a distinguished boundaries for human resources, finance department, etc.. meaning that you wont have to count your own salary by yourself unlike some small companies who really using you to the bone..
