    Poor management, no benefits and other allowance, stressfull working environment. Salary always pay late after month end.
    The good thingsFriendly colleague, helpful staffs, can learn many things, have annual lunch, have Christmas exchange gifts. Have pantry but with no foods provided. Thats all.......................................................
    The challengesAlways have ad hoc things to do and need to meet deadline every months, need to entertain management mood swings. Thats all......................................................................................
