    Overall my experience at Sime Darby Auto Selection in KL. Is one of my best experience i've had and definitely is all about work hard n play hard and achieve your own goals as Sales Advisor.

    The challenges- Monthly KPI 3 - 4 units min - 6 months hit overall kpi - inquire to have more booking and close rate high.

    Great place and the people there treat you like a family.
    The good thingsColleagues are friendly and able to teach you if you are new around. The bosses act professionally when to enjoy and when to put on an act when working. You will apply your skills when working and you will not be treated as an intern, especially when you do your job here you will forget that you are an intern there, which it is a good thing as you do your job like a real staff at the company. As my boss said, you represent the company, no matter what your title is.
    The challengesThe workload is quite tough for interns as interns are new to a job especially when it comes to management or administration work. Even what I am sharing here is the challenges, but it is good for us as it is like an intensive training for students as to prepare yourself for the reality of a work-life out there.

    The good thingsI will always treasure my experience of working in Sime Darby. Great work culture and supportive colleagues. I got lots of exposure in risk management field here. Flexible working hours is also a plus point!
    The challengesThe number of staff s quite small here and you will need to take up lots of task and work in fast pace. However, the workload is manageable and the superiors are understanding.
