Great place and the people there treat you like a family. The good thingsColleagues are friendly and able to teach you if you are new around. The bosses act professionally when to enjoy and when to put on an act when working. You will apply your skills when working and you will not be treated as an intern, especially when you do your job here you will forget that you are an intern there, which it is a good thing as you do your job like a real staff at the company. As my boss said, you represent the company, no matter what your title is.
The challengesThe workload is quite tough for interns as interns are new to a job especially when it comes to management or administration work. Even what I am sharing here is the challenges, but it is good for us as it is like an intensive training for students as to prepare yourself for the reality of a work-life out there.
