    The good things1) Super interesting "flexible" benefit that can be suited to your lifestyle regardless if you are single or married. 2) Great employee engagement activities for all staff. All of them are like family and very helpful. 3) This is a huge company, you will get to meet a lot of people here. And all of them were like family to me up until today.
    The challenges1) On career development, due to the huge number of staff, thus the challenges to be promoted within the department/company is low to average. 2) Salary range is not competitive compared to other GLC companies out there.

    SDP is a fast paced industry which it always have continuous improvement, updates and competitor's challenge. Being in this company, I learnt a lot of things and definitely I am glad to come back and serve SDP again.
    The good thingsI enjoy working here due to the diversity or races that company have. All people regardless different races work together and laugh together. Other than that, due to I was assign under Sales and Marketing department, I learnt many things on the process starting from attracting public's attraction, providing good customer experience especially during physical meeting and also learnt how property industries studies among each other details. Lastly, SDP give me chances to get expose towards corporate way of working.
    The challengesI faces few challenges at my early days at SDP in order to be able complete the task given. Firstly, being assign under Sales and Marketing department, it require to utilize my skill in using Excel which I am not very good especially in term of creating formula. Luckily, with help from my colleague and my manager I able to learn something at the end of my days at SDP. Secondly, I within 3 months duration, I had working under 3 branches of SDP which it is a challenges at me due to the need to get know and recognize them quickly. Luckily, I able to make myself comfortable and able to get suitable with them quickly as they are very friendly and I appreciate them a lots.

    The good thingsThis company always have attractive events that will attract the workers to join together. by doing this, all the worker will know each other from different department. Further to that, this company will give you benefit which I believe you cannot get from other GLC company. what to know more? join first!!
    The challengesworking in silo. Actually people in this comp never doing that. the challenges is to get all people from different background(department) to come with one solution or agreement. Everybody has their own budget or limitation resources. but having this limitation issue is great where everybody need to think out of the box! Helping each other.

    The good thingsMy colleagues were super helpful and friendly. The working environment is healthy and serious at the same time. However, there are a lot of things to learn and the most important thing that I like is the company practices open working culture where there are volunteer works everyone can join regardless of department. It was nice working with more people outside your working space.
    The challengesThe participation they gave to interns especially in the department I was working with might not be satisfactory. I wish they would include interns in one of their formal meetings now and then so that inters are given the chance to know what happen. In addition, the allowance for interns was quite low considering the credibility and reputation of the company.
