SDP is a fast paced industry which it always have continuous improvement, updates and competitor's challenge. Being in this company, I learnt a lot of things and definitely I am glad to come back and serve SDP again.The good thingsI enjoy working here due to the diversity or races that company have. All people regardless different races work together and laugh together. Other than that, due to I was assign under Sales and Marketing department, I learnt many things on the process starting from attracting public's attraction, providing good customer experience especially during physical meeting and also learnt how property industries studies among each other details. Lastly, SDP give me chances to get expose towards corporate way of working.
The challengesI faces few challenges at my early days at SDP in order to be able complete the task given. Firstly, being assign under Sales and Marketing department, it require to utilize my skill in using Excel which I am not very good especially in term of creating formula. Luckily, with help from my colleague and my manager I able to learn something at the end of my days at SDP. Secondly, I within 3 months duration, I had working under 3 branches of SDP which it is a challenges at me due to the need to get know and recognize them quickly. Luckily, I able to make myself comfortable and able to get suitable with them quickly as they are very friendly and I appreciate them a lots.
