    Good for fresh graduate but in terms of knowledge or experience not much to be expected.
    The good thingsWork life balance is provided as you will not be disturbed after 5pm and off days. Easy to apply annual leave
    The challenges- A bit old school kinda factory, no proper facilities provided such as pantry or toilets. - Parking is a problem as only top management can park inside and if there's no space/lorry is parked inside they will conquer the outside parking and expect us to park at dangerous road side but during iv they will ask if you have transportation but no proper parking spot provided. - Company politics blaming a single department instead taking responsibility of their side

    Management and family business politic problem with all old folk manager. Whoever get offered, please think carefully before putting yourself in. Before confirming as employee, MC is Unpaid, Medical Bill pay it yourself, no safety boots buy it yourself, want to leave 1 month notice, suppose 24h.
    The good thingsNo good things happened to be here. Totally messy and despair in working culture and management.
    The challengesOld employee gaining more and more privileges, almost all old 60 above inside, playing politics in management. Always denied its own responsibility, instead pushing to maintenance. Blaming each other's, even foreigner worker has such behavior.
