    The good thingsCan gain a lot of experience in the plastic company.
    The challengesThe HOD will force you to learn fast and always compare your job to others teammates if you have done wrong. They did not provide proper training. The boss did not want to hear the problem from the employee and keep silent when the HOD do the wrong things.
