    A place to learn but not to stay
    The good thingsA good place to learn about plastic manufacturing part mainly for the automotive industries. Fresh graduates may learn in detail on technical specification of automotive part development, procurement, plastic engineering mould modification & tuning, plastic machine parameters, and much more.
    The challengesTop management (HoD Level) are not working in the usual harmonic working environment because of workplace politics. They're consists of seniors with narrow minded thinking that focus on their own position but not to strive for the collective good for the betterment of the company.

    The good thingsAs an intern for 6 months, Sipro has been an eye opener for me as a polymer student. Seeing production at a large scale level, you learn alot of engineering work to be done. An overall great exposure for those aspiring to be in an industrial engineer. Friendly staffs willing to teach you.

    The good thingsunderstand the needs to prioritize family first at some occasion but still maintain good performance skill at work. consideration and toleration on races,religion and self issues which might affect daily work done.
    The challengesthe salary for local companies is not appropriate and suitable for the multitasking job and current economies which include petrol,groceries,family needs and gst. very little increment for each year also affect staff's performance.
