    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees value the learning opportunities at Sipro Plastic Industries, particularly in plastic manufacturing, injection moulding, and automotive parts production. The friendly and supportive colleagues create a pleasant environment where teamwork is encouraged and staff are willing to help one another. Employees can develop valuable technical skills in plastic engineering and manufacturing processes, and some appreciate the company's consideration for family priorities and work-life balance.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as workplace politics that can occur particularly at senior levels, and management practices that could be more structured with improved communication and operational efficiency.
