    The good things1. Friendly environment, everyone here work as a team. 2. Open for discussion, we ask questions around and find the best solution for our customers. 3. Learn and play, we gain knowledge from each others during work time, and we always have team bonding activities after work. 4. Opportunities is given by the management team, different tasks and responsibilities will be given to grow yourself. 5. Training and guidance will be provided by the seniors when you newly joined the company.
    The challenges1. eCommerce is a fast growing trend, new enhancements of the system will be keep launching, hence things to pick up is alot too. 2. Sometime might get stressed when there is big campaign happening in the marketplaces, customers become more aggressive.

    Learning while enjoying
    The good things- Nice workplace (zero/less politic, colleagues willing to listen and help, clean and comfortable space) - Good for enhancing and learning if you aim for web development - Able to learn how the E-commerce business model work - No OT require so far, unless very urgent (rarely) - Dental/Vision and Medical benefits
    The challengesSince this business is very competitive so it does require self discipline and learning to pickup the require skill and knowledge to complete the challenges. The company still working on to get insurance benefit for their company, so hope that soon all the employee can be benefit.

    The challenges- Sometimes workload can be a little too heavy - Traffic jam can be frustrating for people living in mainland

    Best company I work before
    The good thingsMany growth opportunity, if you like to learn and grow, this is the right place, if you prefer typical 9-6 office working hour, this is not the right place. Fun and interesting environment, colleagues are very friendly and helpful.
    The challengessometime it can be quite stress...but this is depend on personal stress handling level.
