Just demands the most rational salary that you want.
The good thingsYou can negotiate your salary to get as much as you want.
The challengesThe HR are too slow response. Dont have any extra benefit, just a basic one. Your salary is depends on your project. If got no project then you will NOT GET any salary. If you travel and want to submit the claim. You still need to wait 1 month ++. There is no career improvement in Skill Quotient. There is no allowance and bonus.

Less than 1 year in the role
Management needs to improve and pay day very late.
The good thingsFriendly recruiters. Local Team leaders are the best!
The challengesLess exposure and options for headhunting and no credential to access Jobstreet to post job for hire. Delay in feedback also impacts the commission and your hard work for the one candidate you spent on your head hunting and time. I have never received a single commission for all the profile submissions over the month. As an employer, I felt so discouraged to continue my career path with this organization.
