    The challengesLong service staff more 18 years until today just received the minimum salary of RM1700. The BOSS is making money but hesitance to give extra to long service staff. You make millions but not willing to pay extra, no bonus , no annual dinner, OT not paid in full. If staff take MC will complaints as if the staff are robots to works 24hours. One Boss like to condemn even you have tried your best to do your best, no appreciation at all

    The good thingsWork with enjoyfull and flexible working situation depends on children mood in that day if we want to teaching to them. The employer will give bonuses and trip every year to motivate their employees to performance. Have medical support due to basic disease and annual leave. Every celebration of festival, employer will prepared to celebrate among the employees and their children.
    The challengesWorks in teaching area, need a lot of patient and know to handle the children of sometime their emotion are not stable and changed without we notice what the reason. Children have a million of mood that we have to know. Because of that we have to know to control and tackle them so that them will listen us. However, the main point which we have to show the children that we care and show our love so that they will feel safe with us. That’s are really them need from us.

    The good thingsDuring my first day of working, they treat me like the older worker. The management also provide a good greetings to me. My workplace and partition also very superb equipment. If employees have problems, peers will have and sometimes supervisor will give help to me. Sometimes we have a friendly tournament in badminton and bowling competition. i will suggest to my friends if they want a place to have an indusrial training or a place to get a job.
    The challengeswe need to do task in fast it's because we are in logistic company. We need to manage the company debt, company payment and what are the problems complaint by customers.
