The good thingsThe boss is quite generous ,always treated meals and drinks.
The challengesEverything in urgent status, overloads work , no time to went to toilet. Need to learn and responsible to all things even not in my jobscope.
Very unfriendly colleagues, productions workers, drivers, store supervisor, HR executive, sales personnel. Need to get along with the office politic maker.

The good thingsI did learnt many things on QC related things and I love to work with my colleagues. The working environment is average.
The challengesWe tend to get the decision not from our own point of view,but need to get approval from the boss everytime we faces the defect product.I also having problem if i need to Work overtime with foreigner.
