    Bad, full with regrets.
    The good thingsCan learn many things since need to be multitask.
    The challengesVery poor management, equipment and facillities. Most of the boss do not know how to manage their employees, use harsh words and being judgemental boomers. Salary also not tally, need to always check. Unhealthy working environment surrounded with negetive people. The leaders need to explore, exposed with training or need replacement or else people will come and go.

    Unfair salary system
    The good thingsIf you are FRESH and want to sharpen your skills in every aspect of your career without consideration of your income. Here is a good choice.
    The challengesFeel underappreciated and undervalued. Salary is not tally with the job scope. Less CAPEX and OPEX allocated in the department and these cause the department's growth is limited and sometimes need to support the infrastructure by own staff without any support from more professional suppliers.

    Top Management need to change the way of thinking
    The good thingsStaffs are friendly and helpful. Work life balance is consider great for this company.
    The challengesSalary is lower than the market rate. You will find yourself riding in the roller coaster cause the company is not as stable in the case of sales and is starting losing some customers. The way of thinking of top management must change in order to make the company a better place to stay.

    The challengesShould not make a double standard salary based on race. Need more Social skill between top management and workers. Need to improve in salary ranking (still in 1960 salary and planning)

    The good thingsFor those who without experience should work here to build up all the strengths and all works here follow procedure and systematic. No employees able to over right the company policy.
    The challengesIf the company take care more about employees benefits and salary ranges such as yearly increasement and bonus given. This company like to review employees salary if the employee tender resignation letter.

    The good thingsWorkers are self esteem, and totally independent from management guidance. Improvement in the workplace is initiated by lowly worker rather than drive by top management. It is a very challenging workplace for those who saw deficiency and flaw as an opportunity to expansion .
    The challengesWhen management policy and customer's interest move in different direction, it's depends on the QA to make both of their expectations reach a common ground; win - win situation.
