I love my job a lot, but I don't like the toxic environment. Sending your kids here is okay, but working here is not okay at all.
The good thingsSupportive colleagues, parents, and students. I like my job a lot and have learnt a lot of things; most of the time I do self-study and learn new things by myself.
The challengesUnderpay with a lot of jobs from the management. A lot of favouritism is going on, which only benefits those close to the management. No staff welfare at all, no bonus, no incentive (if do, it is based on favouritism), 9 days max AL for senior staff (AL, MC, EL all deducted from this 9 days).

A place without any integrity or equality treatment of staff
The good thingsGood things some of the staff are very much friendly and helpful to ensure work is done on time
The challengesToo much of drama, negativity, there is no staff wellfare. Or any fair treatment for staff. Only certain staff and personnel given priority and treate in favor way.

    NEED TO IMPROVE TREMENDOUSLY
The good thingsThe opportunities of venturing in various projects from multimedia development, interesting events, corporate social responsibilities - the company is not afraid to try something new.
The challenges- - Employee may had to manage many responsibilities and they have very low tolerance or empathy towards you. - Very unlikely to get a raise even after massive efforts - Inexperienced directors who had no sufficient knowledge (or experiences) in sectors they are managing which lead to many problematic issues

Smart Reader worldwide sdn bhd is a stressful place to work
    The good thingsGood team mates
The challengesNo recognition of whatever you had done for the company. KPI that is set after problem arises. Too much ground work and street marketing for a manager such as leaflet distribution. No balance between work and personal life. 24 hours of reporting even on Sunday. Stressful work

    Better don't
The good thingsFlexibility to further study. Adequate facilities to work with. Friendly team members. Good platform to gain new knowledge and experiences.

    Job experience
The good thingsThe employer managed to hire some experience personnel to work on the job and provide insightful views and constructive contribution to support the business function. Certain personnel do work closely together to achieve to improve working condition and smooth processes with company.
The challengesRetention of good staff prove to be a challenge as the benefits and compensation are not attractive enough. Certain personnel are more prone to office politics and pinpointing others' mistakes rather than resolving the issues collectively. Recruitment process was not appropriate when candidate was not screened for background check and no training was provided to improve staff skills.
