    How much you pay on your effort, how much you will be earned
    The good thingsEverything is transparency with a system. You just need to put all of your effort on your target and you will get the recognitions for your hard work, and you will have more motivation to work on it if you've been recognised by the company and boss. If you are the motivated person, then here is the right work place for you to achieve your target.
    The challengesYou have to balance on your emotions if you have been rejected by the customer, you need to have a very strong mindset to tell yourself how to balance your emotions for the next deal.
