    The good things1 Space to propose new ideas and explore them with no restrictions. 2 Very supportive team members that you can reach out to ask for assistance. 3 Able to solve challenges or crisis as a team, we normally brainstorm and come up with the best solution. 4 Employer and head of departments mingle like friends instead of bosses. 5 Exclusive bonus every year and yearly increment. 6 Able to work independently without much interference from superior.
