    The challengesWorking load is high among staff thus produce discontent among staff. Pressure from the higher management to meet dateline by clients though with not enough resources creates an displeasure to staff.

    The good things1. Salary on time. 2. Great working environment contributing to less stress. 3. 5 days working means i get more time to spend with my family. 4. My boss is very nice, understanding and support every decision i made. 5. Accommodation is provided because most of the time i will be stationed far away from home. 6. Working time is flexible depends on the daily task. 7. Site office is comfortable
    The challengesWhen people depends on your decision especially on urgent matter and i did not have anyone to refer to because of the distance between office and project site, it will take all my previous experience and knowledge to make the decision that i trust is the most beneficial at that time. Of course the decision i make comes with a risk that i should try my best to minimize it.
