    The stress is rising as you growing senior in company
    The good thingsColleague very helpful and friendly. Suitable to fresh graduate for the first company as the senior is helpful and guide.
    The challengesWorking load is high among staff thus produce discontent among staff. Pressure from the higher management to meet dateline by clients though with not enough resources creates an displeasure to staff.
