    GREAT AND SUPPORTIVE COLLEAGUES
    The good thingsgreat colleagues, exposed to work in retail during festive season such as Christmas or year end school holiday. Also have, flexible working arrangements.
    The challengesi wish Smiggle have their own HQ office and not share with the retail one.

    The good thingsThe working environment is so cool with great teammate. The company allows each of the workers to share their thoughts and ideas in improving daily sales and serving customers.
    The challengesWorking in retails absolutely tiring especially in handling the customers also the stock counts. As a company who appreciate the customers the most, it would be better if the company can manage well the stock receiving of each store so that the workers have ample of time in attending the customers.

    The challengesMost the item here are small and easy to broke so i need to make sure that our item always in a good condition to present to customers when they buy and used.
