Micromanaged and Misaligned ExpectationsDuring my time with the company, I was given various tasks beyond the original job scope, including responsibilities in sales and marketing. Most of the work was adhoc-based, with little to no proper planning or structured guidance.
The company heavily practices a micromanagement style, where even the smallest tasks are overly scrutinized. This creates a stressful and uncomfortable work environment that can be demotivating. Instructions also tend to change frequently, making it difficult to align with expectations.
This company may suit individuals who are extremely adaptable and able to work under tight control. However, for those who value clear direction, trust, and professional autonomy, it may not be the most supportive environment for long-term career growth.
