Is a very good company, willing to invest and pursue the most advanced way of working. Constant research on how to reduce the workload of colleagues.
The good thingsBasically the working environment is clean and tidy. Communication between colleagues is good and efficient compared to my past work.
The challengesNo salary adjustment and no year-end bonus will bring pressure to employees.

The good thingsLearn a lot of management skills. Free hand to explore new business opportunities. Gained good communication skill especially with the top management.
The challengesLearn the skill to communicate with top management. Instructions given were something not realistic. Tends to change direction midway through a project.
