    The good thingsEmployer has good understanding about the business, ease to describe what are potential to invest or expand the business or stop and looking for another potential. Employer play their part to suit the employee accordingly and safety are the 1st. Communication are good from top to bottom and vise versa.
    The challengesThe location between HQ and operation plants sometimes make difficultly during make discussion,. To change mindset of employee from traditional method into new standard of work.
