    Good stepping stone to sharpen your skill
    The good thingsFlexibility in planning the job as long as it can be completed on time. Team work to accomplish the impossible KPI. Big exposure and opportunity given.
    The challengesDon't expect high increment or bonus but will be a good stepping stone to learn the skill. Weak management in constructing the KPI and no fair judgement when it comes to increment or bonus calculation. Opportunity of career advancement is low.

    Great internship experience
    The good thingsI really liked working at SOCAR as I felt I learned a lot during my internship. I had the opportunity to go out of my comfort zone and explore what it was like to help develop a business. My bosses were pretty great and in general I felt at home and supported during my internship experience.
    The challengesI don't think there were any significant challenges that stood out to me - while I was usually tired at the end of the day I figured that was part of the job and my colleagues were friendly and supportive.
