The good thingsFlexibility in planning the job as long as it can be completed on time. Team work to accomplish the impossible KPI. Big exposure and opportunity given.

The challengesDon't expect high increment or bonus but will be a good stepping stone to learn the skill. Weak management in constructing the KPI and no fair judgement when it comes to increment or bonus calculation. Opportunity of career advancement is low.
