    The good thingsIt can be said that the subordinate team demonstrates strong commitment in carrying out their duties. No Issue on salary pay.
    The challengesNo opportunities for career advancement. There is bias and favouritism toward certain ethnic groups. One race is made to do all the work, while another enjoys the rewards. Excessive internal politics. Individuals who demonstrate competence and intelligence are often overburdened with work due to ineffective or irresponsible leadership. Management tends to avoid accountability — taking credit for successes while attributing failures to others.

    The challengesMore on site operations which every staff joined, no standard training being done and end up they will Confused and make mistake on the operation standard in terms of documentation, system and so on.

    Stable company with bad management.
    The good thingsFlexible working hours. Free food since this is F&B company, birthday celebration, surround with friendly people. That' s about it.
    The challengesHard to get promotion especially for HQ people unless if you are the type of people who loves to rub on someone's back. Hard to change people mindset especially for those who has been working way to long in the company. The office is not friendly and confortable enough. No transparency especially HR team.

    The good thingsThere are many challenges to be faced here but it is rewarding as there is plenty to learn and experience. However, this place is not for the faint of heart. It is for those that want to learn and establish new things and procedures. It is able to challenge you while guiding you at the same time. The working culture here is also good - colleague are friends as well as great business partners

    The good thingsThis company has a lot of resource center & knowledge as it is being an international company. The career plan for career growth is in brilliant order. We will learn a lot of new concepts shared from worldwide branch to improve productivity and work performance.
    The challengesIn future, we hope that the company evaluate their staffs in fair in term of performance as most of the staffs that enjoying top perks & benefits in the company is the one who \"talk more, do less\". The one who sacrifice a life, time and money is not being recognize properly.
