    Overall, it's a fantastic place to work and the support from management and the team culture make it a really rewarding environment.
    The good thingsOne of the things I really appreciate is how human-centered the culture is. They understand the importance of balancing work with personal life, especially when family needs come up. If there’s ever a situation where you need to work from home to take care of loved ones, they’re completely supportive of that.
    The challengesDepending on the department, some roles, especially in customer-facing positions can be a bit more demanding.

    The good thingsThis company does a good job of making good adjustments and processing is fast. Management is also happy to listen to employees and make appropriate adjustments. This is the part I appreciate the most if compare to other companies that I worked before.
    The challengesFor me, I felt it is reasonable workload, so far this year has been enjoyable. Personally, I felt company has not given much benefits, and I think it can give more benefits for employees.

    The good thingsthe only good thing is friendly colleague make you feel like family, end up i resign and all other colleague resign afterward
    The challengestypical chinaman company which management want you work more but pay less, manager don't have power only keep say yes to whatever ridiculous requirement from client make developer life harder, 0 career and knowledge development as they only want job get done but not research and advance new development technology

    Really good company's benefits
    The good thingsCompany very stable not like the previous company I joined. Colleagues are friendly & helpful, salary always on time, during MCO still receive bonus. Lunch time & working hours also quite flexible, every month will have team building (not during MCO). Working environment quite casual. Company send us for professional training and gets certificate.
    The challengesJob is challenging, need to manage tasks properly. Most of the time I work independently on my tasks, if really cannot solve then my team lead will help me. Need to answer calls after office hours or on off day, but I can claim back good allowance.

    The challengespolitics working environment makes people stress and uncomfortable. tiredness of working here is dealing with management level. Some of them are rude by scolding staff in office and not being supportive. Hard to learn things over here as most of them lack of patient to teach and share and most of the time is doing lots of complaint.

    Good for fresh graduate but not good for long stay
    The good things- Able to learn and gain knowledge on financing (depends the department) - Teammates are willing to help (depends) - A very good starting place for fresh graduate to gain new Java knowledge
    The challenges- They are unable to pay you with high salary - Bonus are depends on job performance and also depends on the company income - Bonus paid by installment - You need to stay back very late
