Overall, it's a fantastic place to work and the support from management and the team culture make it a really rewarding environment.
The good thingsOne of the things I really appreciate is how human-centered the culture is. They understand the importance of balancing work with personal life, especially when family needs come up. If there’s ever a situation where you need to work from home to take care of loved ones, they’re completely supportive of that.
The challengesDepending on the department, some roles, especially in customer-facing positions can be a bit more demanding.

I don't feel included when I was with this company. Everyone talked in their own mother language without minding there is someone who cannot understand your mother language.
The good thingsNone as far as I remember
The challengesDeal with the most impatient client where it can shout at you for a very minor mistake
