    Good for interns but extremely bad for full-time programmers.
    The good thingsPresence of cats and good colleagues, only because they are all young and have been hired this year.
    The challengesBoss takes care of clients more than our employees. Zero career opportunities. Zero benefits and allowances. There are implicit work rules to work overtime everyday. Always not enough manpower but can still fire people out of the whim.
