    The good thingsReally a good place to learn. The manager really helps a lot. it such a pity that the internship only for 3 months. The working environment is really friendly although the manufacturing site is a little bit dusty. I really learn a lot when I was working at SSOM

    Great Learning Experience - But lack of support from upper management
    The good thingsGreat learning opportunities. Working environment is good, and a lot of time you're free to give your opinion and explore new methods on your own to propose to the company. The people was also very willing to guide and was very helpful. Company provides a lot of freedom and flexibility which allows me to pace my own work and challenge myself
    The challengesDue to the company has gone for a long time without an actual system in place, it's kind of hard to change the ways of the company to suit some requirements. There is a bit of lack of commitment from the management although this might depend on the direction that the particular company is taking. I take it as a challenge considering the role I was hired into here.

    Very challenging work.
    The good thingsSince this company is still in process of self expansion and establishment of new rules, thus, there are plenty things to learn and experience. But don't worry the superior and subordinate are very supportive and helpful.
    The challengesSubordinate welfare is not company's priority while gaining profitable return as the production schedules are tight. The surrounding is very dusty and oily at certain location. Besides, there is not designated walkway for pedestrian to walk around company compound
