    Learning opportunity
The good thingsThe company has friendly employees who are always ready to lend a hand. It promotes a great work-life balance with flexible working hours and a supportive environment. Additionally, there is a strong emphasis on ESG principles, prioritizing sustainability, ethical practices, and social responsibility.
The challengesThe challenge is that the digitalization process needs to be faster.

    average company with minimum benefit
The good thingshaving good friend at work, subsidy food at nice canteen. Others are minimum as per law
The challengeseveryone need to multitask, one person resign the task will pass to other as no new headcount less improvement because many system still using manual record benefit very minimum and no flexi hour must start work at 7:30am exactly if not consider late workload overload

Good for fresh grads, not for long term career growth
The good thingsGood for fresh graduates as you will learn a lot, have to learn from the most basic things until end of process but depends on what team they assigned you for. Supportive teammates, friendly environment. workload still workable and no need to work overtime unless urgent cases (most of the time no need). work life balance.
The challengeslow salary for fresh grads, biased on one race, a lot of manual work but heard that will change to new system but dont know when start, minimal benefits, a lot more to nag.. but overall still not a bad company to start

Environment was good just management roadmap running backward
The good things- Great teams - Great medical benefits - Meal Allowance - The company running 5-day work in trial. - Birthday gift given by the company.
The challenges- The management roadmap running backward to the old generation style (Performance Minded). It was not suitable for the young generation that likes style (Results-Focused). - The company running 5-day work in the trial and staff need to add on the sat work time to the weekday. However, the company will not replace back sat public holidays to staff. - The canteen food is not delicious. Although the staff is allowed to go outside but short rest time is not enough.
