    MNC company but operation very Local China Man style. Working environment not like "Manager and Subordinate" but rather "Master and Servant", Master gave orders and Servant must obey without questioning.
    The good thingsEmployee benefit improved after merged with Air Liquide. Medical, bonus, Annual dinner
    The challengesLack ownership, branches pass cylinders issue to other branches as a solution. SIG Manager, some like to step foot in other department, complaining for hour but no solution and small issue bark like big issue. Manager like to mislead employees and act powerful. Stressful everydays

    The challengesSuperior lack management always like create unnecessary trouble with conflict, meanwhile superior like emotionalabuse to employees caused staff loss confidence and support, and superior will not respect staff but want staff to respect them I will not recommend other person to join this company
