    Not a good working experienced
    The good thingsSalary paid equal to MNC which is quite good. Other than that, nothing to expect more.
    The challengesHeavy workload, didnt have work life balance, and there is no teamwork in my dept. You must do your job even you're on Medical leave or On Leave. The management rules also strict for workers.

    Highly depends on Self Learning environment
    The good thingsIt is good to learn many things from different fields, it helps to increase different fields of knowledge, and it will also increase troubleshooting skills and time management skills as most of the tasks/projects need to be done by self.
    The challengesManagement messy, toxic environment, may need to handle many urgent tasks at the same time interval, and lack man power for the long term. At least join for about 1 year, don't have any new staff on software-based.

    The good thingsLearned a great deal about maintenance - all engineers were required to get their hands dirty. Teamwork was great and trusted to carry out work independently.

    The challengesManagement should looks into the work load taken by staff, although have head count for vacancy but until I resign from this company still do not hire any new staff for replacement or new staff. Beside working environment are dangerous for some certain production plants.
